What we collect.
Short version: not much, and nothing we do not need to get a hoodie to your door.
Your cart
Your cart is stored in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. It never leaves your device until you check out, and you can clear it any time by removing the items.
Checkout and payment
Payment is handled by Stripe on Stripe’s secure checkout page. Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address, phone number, and card details to process the order and ship it. We never see or store your card number. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the checkout page.
Orders
We use your order details (what you bought, your size, and your shipping address) to have the pieces printed and shipped by our print partner and to answer your questions about the order.
When you write to support@sonorthwestclothing.com, a human reads it and keeps the conversation for as long as it takes to help you. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Accounts, cookies, and tracking
There are no customer accounts and no advertising trackers on this site. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard connection data to deliver and protect it.
